We are currently seeking a proactive Domestic Assistant to provide support services at two of our Retirement Villages in Gwelup and Warwick.

Bethanie Gwelup includes 62 independent living apartments and has been designed to maximise our residents’ enjoyment, lifestyle and wellbeing. Bethanie Warwick has 35 recently renovated apartments with communal facilities including a resident lounge, activity room, BBQ areas and mature landscaped gardens.

This is a permanent part time role working 17.6 hours per week. Ideally you would work Tuesdays & Fridays at Gwelup and Thursdays at Warwick, however these days are negotiable with the right applicant and will be discussed further at interview.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience in cleaning and be of a friendly nature, as interaction with our residents is core to our culture.

**About You**
- Previous experience working as a Domestic Assistant / Cleaner, ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude and a genuine compassion for our residents
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision and Values of The Bethanie Group
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations

**The Role**
- Ensure bathrooms, toilets, furniture and floors are kept clean and tidy
- Dispose of waste products appropriately
- Maintain communal areas to a clean, safe condition
- Cleaning of display apartments
- Cleaning of outdoor common areas and passageways
- Other cleaning duties as reasonably required
