Experience Dental Receptionist

**Dental Receptionist responsibilities include**:

- Bright, caring personality, with the ability to put patients at ease.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Patient management; greeting and welcoming patients, answering all phone enquiries, making & confirming appointments; checking, processing &managing customer accounts
- Patient care from entry to the surgery, recall management
- General administration including processing payments using EFTPOS & HiCaps
- When required, provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintaining compliance with organisational policy's and procedures
- General cleaning duties.

Requirements for role:

- working hours may require you to finish 7 pm few days
- Few Saturday in a month may be required
- should have own transport/ Citizen/permanent resident/ no work restrictions
- non smoker please
- PREVIOUS DENTAL ASSISTANT/ RECEPTION experience MANDATORY

We are looking Dental Receptionist for our Cornubia Dental surgery practice.

Pay: Up to $39.00 per hour
