As the Regional leader of Asia Pacific Region, you're leading a team in the preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and commercial risk assessment. Partnering with the Regional Sales Director to develop the vision for commercial success while supporting global alignment and strategy for Subsea & Surface Pressure Systems (S&SPS) business.

As the Regional S&SPS Commercial Leader - APAC, you will be responsible for:

- Balancing tactical needs of each of our sites with the global strategy that is being created by the executive leadership.
- Managing the tendering and commercial team’s effectiveness, productivity and performance metrics
- Managing complex commercial and tendering processes, requiring the involvement of many stakeholders both at the client side and internally.
- Leveraging continuous improvement methodologies as we implement a culture of connection, data-based decision making, and focus on profitable growth.
- Leading team through entire inquiry to order life cycle for all product lines.
- Handling complex or challenging commercial issues or multi country deals

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Have excellent leadership capacity defining strategies and plans that improve and grow business outcomes.
- Have good experience in Proposals and Tendering
- Have good knowledge of contracts and commercial acumen.
- Have experience in managing teams remotely in various locations and working in a globally distributed team.
- Have creative oral and written communication skills. Dynamic interpersonal and leadership skills
- Have ability to analyze and resolve problems and lead programs / projects.
- Have ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs with established project management skills.
- Have experience in continuous improvement methodologies (Green Belt, Black Belt, etc.)
- Have technical experience in Subsea Production Systems, offshore installation and drilling solutions will be very beneficial.
