**About the role**

Christadelphian Aged Care is seeking dedicated AINs (Cert III) with a passion for quality care to work across **various shifts AM, PM and Night shift** at our Facility located in Gladesville.

**These positions are all permanent part-time.**

**What you’ll be doing**
- Assisting with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and grooming
- Monitoring and reporting on the health and wellbeing of residents
- Collaborating with the nursing team to ensure the delivery of exceptional resident care
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records
- Promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our residents

**What we’re looking for**
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care)
- Previous experience working in an aged care or healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to resident care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Commitment to upholding high standards of resident safety and wellbeing
