With a focus on zero-harm, you will collaborate with team members across the business to guide, monitor, and enhance policies, practices and initiatives that continue to grow our strong Health and Safety culture.

This role offers an opportunity to add value whilst working closely with our leadership team in delivering this critical business objective.

**About the Role**:

- Proactively address issues and develop strategies with a focus on a zero-harm environment.
- Develop, implement, and review plans, processes, and policies that increase health and safety across the business
- Provide Risk Management support to the business and our operations
- Inspect and audit workplaces, processes, and equipment for safety and compliance
- Work collaboratively and proactively with the executive team, branch managers, and team members to develop and deliver safety priorities and drive a proactive approach to safety

**About You**:

- Tertiary HSSE-relevant qualifications.
- Well-versed in and able to interpret relevant HSSE legislation, policies, and processes.
- A strong background in Health and Safety with the ability to demonstrate evidence of this success.
- A passion to drive and build a Health and Safety focused culture.
- A genuine enthusiasm for HSSE which engages and motivates others.
- Ability to travel to a variety of locations across EA and WA to support and implement Fuelfix’s Health and Safety culture.
- Able to travel to provide in branch support, guidance and promote safety practice.
