Mount Clear College is nestled into an idyllic bush setting on the edge of the Woowookarung Regional Park, 6 kilometres from the centre of Ballarat. We also have one of only six Specialist STEM Centres in Victoria - our Earth Ed Centre. The Centre provides specialist day programs for students, professional development activities for teachers and is a hub for science education across the State and hosts primary and secondary students from across Victoria who attend specialised programs provided by our Earth Education Centre.

The College’s Performing Arts program is highly regarded both within Victoria and also internationally for our outstanding Musical Futures Program.

We are extremely proud of the considerable building works, upgrades and refurbishments undertaken at our College during recent years. Major highlights include our state-of-the-art Technology Centre, refurbished 300 seat Theatre, Visual Arts and Science Hubs, VCAL Learning Centre and a 5.5 million dollar refurbishment to our Junior School. Major improvements to our grounds and outdoor areas to enhance and embrace our natural picturesque surrounding environment are also being undertaken.

**Role**:
This position comes with 10 weeks Annual Leave during school vacation periods.
