Join us in making a difference **_ The Role_** The Domestic Cleaner is responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services while fostering respectful and positive interactions with clients, their families, staff, and others, always reflecting Amana Living’s Core Values. This role is being offered on a Casual basis, driving to different clients’ homes throughout the day. **_ Key responsibilities:_** **Cleaning Services** - Deliver a high standard of cleaning across clients' homes to maintain a safe, healthy, and comfortable environment. - Follow individual care plans to ensure consistent and hygienic cleaning, helping reduce the risk of infection. - Use appropriate cleaning products and equipment supplied by Amana Living, in line with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and product instructions. - Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, including the correct and consistent use of personal protective equipment (PPE). **Safety & Compliance** - Comply with Amana Living’s Support at Home policies and procedures. - Follow infection control standards and safe work practices at all times. - Support and promote occupational health and safety compliance in line with Amana Living’s regulations. - Ensure timely reporting of any incidents or hazards as per procedures. **Personal Conduct & Development** - Engage respectfully and professionally with clients, their families, staff, and others in the work environment, demonstrating Amana Living’s Core Values. - Attend mandatory training sessions and staff meetings as required by the Hospitality Consultant. - Take responsibility for improving work practices and contributing to personal and professional development. **_ About you_** You are a reliable and professional individual who takes pride in delivering high-quality cleaning services while building positive relationships with clients, their families, and team members.
