We are looking for a **hardworking and motivated individual** to join our team as a **Communications Labourer**. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a keen interest in the industry.

**The Role**

As a **Communications Labourer**, you will assist in the installation of **data cabling, fibre optic networks, and security systems**. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a growing industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the **installation of copper and fibre structured cabling**:

- Support the team with **pulling, running, and terminating cables**:

- Handle **basic tools and equipment** used in data cabling and security installations
- Work on **commercial and construction sites** under supervision
- Maintain a **clean and safe work environment**

**What We’re Looking For**

No experience? No problem We’re looking for someone who is:

- **Physically fit** and comfortable with manual labour
- Reliable and **punctual**:

- Willing to **learn new skills** and follow instructions
- Able to **work safely** on construction sites
- A **team player** with a strong work ethic

**Required Qualifications & Licenses**
- **OH&S General Induction (White Card) - or willing to obtain**:

- **Valid Australian Driver’s License**:

- **Own vehicle for travel to and from job sites**:

- **Own hand tools and a battery drill**:

- Must be an **Australian citizen or permanent resident**
