Auto Outlet Direct is looking for someone who can perform routine clerical and office functions requiring an understanding of clear, straightforward rules or procedures.

Indicative typical duties and skills at this level may include:

- reception or switchboard duties including: issuing and receiving standard forms, relaying internal information & greeting visitors
- maintaining basic records
- filing, collating and copying documents
- handling or distributing mail including messenger service
- orders and store requisitions through recording, matching, checking and batching
- operating a keyboard and related business equipment
- responding to enquiries, as appropriate, with knowledge of our operations and services

**(i)** create new files and records;
**(ii)** spreadsheet or worksheet;
**(iii)** graphics;
**(iv)** following standard procedures and using existing models or fields of information;
- word processing, such as the use of a word processing software package to create, format, edit, correct, print and save text documents such as standard correspondence and business documents
- arrange routine bookings and itineraries or make appointments
- provide general advice and information on our products and services such as at the front counter or by telephone.

Interpersonal skills, is a key aspect of the position and you are required to have a valid and active New South Whales Driver's Licence for this position.

**Job Type**: Subcontract

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Five Dock, NSW 2046: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Clerical: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW DRIVERS LICENCE (required)
