Commercial Cleaning/Team Leader

We have a position open for an experienced cleaner ideally with experience overseeing/checking site work who has cleaning management experience and ensure adherence to health & safety policies and procedures.

You would be responsible for establishing and maintaining a strong relationship and communications system with staff members whilst ensuring that cleaning services are provided in accordance with the requirements of the contract and our Quality Management System.

This role is on a casual basis, would best suit someone with relative experience who is looking for up to twenty hours per week, hours will be from 6.00pm Monday to Friday for four hours per night, we are a flexible employer and there is the opportunity for a three to five night shift as well.

- Training and Development of cleaning personnel
- Performance and Management of cleaning personnel

Experience, Knowledge and Skills
- Previous experience and demonstrable success in a similar role
- Strong understanding of commercial cleaning
- High level of administrative skills
- Demonstrated and proficient use of computers
- Success in instilling and driving compliance to Service Level Agreements
- Strong commercial acumen
- Exceptional influencing skills
- Knowledge of basic OH&S practices, risk assessments and job safety analysis
- Positive attitude with strong work ethic
- Ability to work within set budgetary constraints
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- National Police check

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $31.86 per hour
