**The opportunity**

An exciting opportunity is now available for a Warehouse Team Leader with experience in an e-commerce pick/pack operation.

Reporting to the Warehouse & Distribution Manager, you will supervise our e-commerce order distribution process ensuring Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) objectives are achieved. You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the order picking/packing and pick face areas, including training team members, scheduling workflow and timely accurate processing of customer orders.

Creating a positive culture for our people is the most important part of this role.
- Minimum of 2 years team leadership experience.
- Experience with e-commerce experience will be a significant advantage.
- The ability to motivate the team to achieve their KPI’S and ensure that staff are performing the correct operating procedures and train where necessary.
- Proactive approach to Workplace Health and Safety.
- Happy, positive culture builder.
- You have successfully lead teams, can build rapport easily with your team and management.
- You have a passion for producing high quality work and meeting targets.
- Actively promote continuous improvement across product, systems and people matters.
