Our Centre

Captain Bligh Early Learning Centre is currently seeking an enthusiastic educator who is Diploma or Cert 3 but active working towards Diploma to come on board and be part of our fun team.

This purpose-built centre in the Hawkesbury area has a supportive Director, who puts the need of the children, families and their staff first. The centre has great resources, state-of-the-art teaching equipment and programming methods.

This is a full time position, working 5 days a week.

Start: January 2025

**About this role**:
As an Early Childhood Educator, your core responsibilities will be to:

- Plan, supervise and implement the program for the class in accordance with the policies,
- Understand the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children at the centre-based service
- Establish and maintain team relationship with other early childhood educators
- Build fantastic rapport and incorporate a strong home-school partnership program with the parents.

**What we are looking for**
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Cert 3 but active studying towards Diploma qualification.
- Current/Valid working With Children’s Check (WWC) and First Aid Certificates
- excellent communication skills both verbally and in writen
- Experiences in documentation and planning for children learning

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
