Stone Masons with CNC Experience

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE**
- Working from templates and engineering drawings to set out stone
- Set stone or marble in place, according to layout or pattern.
- Shape, trim, face and cut marble or stone preparatory to setting, using power saws, cutting equipment, and hand tools.
- Drill holes in marble or ornamental stone and anchor brackets in holes.
- Smooth, polish, and bevel surfaces, using hand tools and power tools.
- Construct and install prefabricated masonry units.
- Overhead crane usage - unloading and loading of stone slabs onto trucks and machinery
- Bridge saw cutting, Intermac (water jet machine) use, line polishing of stone.
- Hand cutting, grinding and polishing.
- Working from templates to set out stone.
- Gluing with stone glue and clamping together.
- Working on residential and commercial sites.
- Working with the public, both on homeowners projects and commercial sites.
- Working with Supervisory Tradesman and following directions and training.
- White Cards - Construction access

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**

Listed below are the qualifications and experience necessary to be considered for the position on offer.
- An Experienced quality Tradesperson
- Trade qualified Stone Mason or have relevant experience
- Minimum 5 years’ experience;
- Experienced, highly motivated and have good eye for detail.
- Skilled in polishing synthetic and natural stone
- Skilled in stone and masonry installation
- Skilled in fabrication and installation of stone kitchen and bathroom benchtops
- Able to work unsupervised
- Highly Motivated is an absolute MUST
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude to be shown towards work and to others
- Able to work within a team with mínimal supervision
- In possession of a White Card - Construction

**Remuneration**

$75,000-$77,000 per Annum

Remuneration will reflect current market conditions and industry award rates. To be discussed with the successful applicant.
