Trainee (Phd Fresh Grad)

Our client is a world-leading biotech company.
Job Responsibilities:
As the core talents of company's R&D and commercial team, trainees will rotate in the R&D and marketing departments for one year based in Shenzhen, China. After rotation is completed, trainees can talk with their supervisor to align on the internal development plan according to their background and rotation period evaluation.
Job requirements:
1. PhD fresh graduates majoring in cytology, refrigeration, machinery, automation, information, software, molecular biology, genome, proteome, biomedicine, brain science, bioinformatics, materials, optics, physics, algorithms, chemistry are preferred;
2. Fresh graduates or those with experience in life science or medical equipment industry are preferred;
3. Good Chinese and English language skills;
4. Good communication skills and business acumen; strong ownership and can work under pressure.
**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
