We are currently seeking 1st, 2nd, and 3rd year apprentices to join us in Electrical and Mechanical Trades apprenticeships starting from January 2024.

About your role- Our apprentices are trained in the Installation, Modernization, Service, and Repair of Lifts, Escalators, and Travelators.- You will get to work closely with our customers and develop exceptional customer service skills.- You will gain maximum exposure to the business by rotating between the Service and Construction businesses throughout the life of your apprenticeship, learning the roles of a lift electrician and mechanic.- Throughout your apprenticeship, you will gain exposure to completing the installation, modernization, repairs, and maintenance of escalators, elevators, and travelators. As an Apprentice at Otis, here’s what you will need- Hold Electrical and Mechanical apprenticeships or completion of relevant pre-apprentice qualifications.- Have a minimum of Year 10 School Certificate or equivalent.- Must be a permanent resident, citizen, or relevant visa holder with full working rights in Australia.- Be a self-starter with a strong passion for innovation and a willingness to learn.- Having previous experience in the elevator industry will be an added advantage.- Keen interest in developing a long-term career within the elevator industry.
