Waitstaff/bartender

Haad is the newest addition to Westfield Carindale. We are a vibrant Thai beach house-inspired restaurant where modern design meets relaxed dining philosophy. Savor innovative Thai cuisine and tantalizing cocktails amidst a stylish, laid-back setting, celebrating the flavors of Thailand with a contemporary twist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their dining experience.
- Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring special requests and dietary preferences are accommodated.
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standard recipes.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, adhering to established service standards.
- Prepared
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operation and timely delivery of orders.
- Assist in preparing the restaurant for service, including setting up tables and arranging seating.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and escalate issues as necessary.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times, following food safety protocols and regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service techniques but not essential
