**Casual Cleaner (Subcontractor) Wanted - Must Be Reliable**

**Location**: Aldinga Beach & Surrounding Areas
**Hours**: Casual, varies per week
**Pay**: Subcontractor rates, paid in 15-minute increments

**About the Role**:
Taylor Maids Cleaning & B&B Services is looking for a **reliable, detail-focused cleaner** to join as a **casual subcontractor.** We specialise in **Airbnb, domestic, and move-out cleaning**, ensuring high-quality results for our clients. If you’re someone who **takes pride in their work and actually shows up**, this is for you

**Requirements**:
✔ **Reliability is non-negotiable** - No last-minute cancellations or no-shows
✔ **Strong attention to detail** - Must follow cleaning checklists properly
✔ Ability to work **independently** and meet high standards
✔ **ABN required** (or willing to register)
✔ **Driver’s license & own transport**
✔ **Previous cleaning experience preferred** but not essential - training available for the right person
✔ **Police clearance (or willing to obtain one)**
✔ **Cleaning supplies provided initially** - You can purchase your own after the initial supply is given
✔ **Can use own vacuum & mop bucket** if preferred (not required)
