- The scope of work is defined by the operational priorities of the assigned business unit and the role works collaboratively within and across teams and with stakeholders to meet agreed priorities and branch service standards.**The Role**:
As a member of the Department of Health (DoH) IT Service Centre the position will support the Unit in processing client requests. These requests will include:

- Creation, modification, and suspension of IT access rights.
