We are excited to be hiring a **Casual** **Exercise Physiologist **to support clients in the **West Metro, VIC** **areas.

**About the Role**:
Ideally you will be based within the **West Metro, VIC **Region. You will be out and about in the community, working with clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. You will provide a range of services to our valued clients, including:

- Providing in-home services to our clients
- Enhance the quality of life and independence of our clients by delivering evidenced based Exercise Physiology interventions and services including Feros Care's care programs
- Undertake short term case management or care coordination services as required to provide episodic assistance in overcoming barriers and linking clients to appropriate service providers and supports both within and outside of the aged care sector
- Ensure effective and efficient daily workload planning including travel, documentation, reporting and administrative duties
- Lead group exercise and healthy lifestyle classes to engage, motivate and develop improved strength, balance and a wellness mindset in the community

**About You**:

- Current registration as an **Exercise Physiologist **with the **Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency**:

- You will have demonstrated excellence in specialist assessment
- A genuine interest in the aged care industry
- Well-developed organisation, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Current unrestricted drivers licence.
- COVID 19 Vaccinations (including Booster) certification
