**About the opportunity**

Our client isn't a typical dine in restaurant, they are fast and efficient, pack a healthy punch of a menu, and their concept ticks the box for all groups and occasions.

Open 7 days a week across lunch and dinner, this place will cater to hundreds on a daily basis due to popular demand in the Ballarat region.

The role is very much a customer facing position, one that requires a motivated and customer centric leader that loves providing excellent service for every guest that walks through the door.

Company culture is key for this group so when they go about recruitment themselves they are looking for a talented operator as well as a person that naturally meets all of their own values

This role is suited to a Supervisor looking to take their first step up into a Store Manager level.
