**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person to join a dedicated small team as a full time **Optical Dispenser/Optometric Assistant** in a modern and progressive independent behavioural optometry practice to complete our supportive team. This is an ideal opportunity to utilise your customer service, retail sales and interpersonal skills to provide top class service, both in dispensing and pre-testing, that will delight our patients and assist our optometrists

- Have great customer service and retail skills with a desire to learn
- Be fun loving and engaging with our patients.
- Efficiently make and follow-up appointment bookings.
- Enjoy delivering exceptional patient service over the phone and face-to-face that will delight them.
- Have great customer service/ retail experience.
- Be flexible to work extra days/ hours when required.
- Ideally you will have worked in a similar role.
- A qualification in Optical Dispensing highly desired
