Site Foreman/supervisor

Zreicon is proudly Australian owned, New South Wales based developer/builder. We pride ourselves on our quality, high level workmanship projects. We are currently recruiting for a number of Sydney, Central coast and Newcastle based projects.

**About the Position**

We are currently looking for experienced Site Foreman/Leading Hands. You will be a hands-on member of the construction team, with supervisory responsibilities.
- **Key Duty**:

- Manage the work site
- Read and follow the drawings and documentations
- Implement Construction Program
- Manage and order materials as necessary
- Schedule time with subcontractors
- Manage equipment, labour and delivery

**Essential Skills**:

- White Card
- Able to meet deadlines
- Understands BCA Regulations
- Holds a current driver's license
- Take direction from the company director
- Able to read and execute construction and engineering plans
- Strict adherence to WH&S safety policies and procedures
- Professional and polite communication when liaising with architects, clients, sub-contractors, suppliers, and colleagues
- Thorough knowledge of commercial/industrial construction procedures, preparations,
- and sequencing
- Over 3 Years’ experience in commercial/industrial construction preferable

**Salary**: $76,133.00 - $140,570.00 per year
