Platypus Shoes is a part of the Accent Group which is Australia and New Zealand's largest footwear group with over 900+ stores, 34 brands and 30+ online platforms including;Glue Store, Platypus, Skechers, Hype DC, Vans, Dr. Martens, Subtype, The Athletes Foot, CAT, Merrell, Timberland, Stylerunner, Hoka, UGG, Saucony, Sports Direct & Nude Lucy
**The Role**:
We are looking for passionate and driven retailers to join our Platypus team in Waurn Ponds. You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store’s success.

**The role & responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service in store with premium product
- Working part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Processing large volumes of stock
- Picking and packing click and dispatch orders
- Assisting in maintaining the in-store operations including housekeeping VM & cleaning required
- Maintaining a positive CAN-DO attitude at all times to sell to our customers

**To be successful in this role, you will bring**:

- Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for sportswear & lifestyle apparel and footwear
- The ability to work well within a fast pace and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets & KPIs
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
