We’re on the hunt for an experienced Assistant Store Manager with a strong background in fast-paced retail, proven success leading large teams of 50+ and a hands-on leadership style that inspires, builds teams, and drives results.

As an Assistant Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:

- Retail management experience
- The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service.
- A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team
- Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results.
- Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security.
