Nurse4U is looking for a **PCA and Support Worker for the Home care and Age care shifts** in **the Metropolitan areas of Melbourne.**

Nurse4U proudly offers a wide range of **Home and Age care shifts** across the **Melbourne** region.

We are looking for dedicated and reliable staff members who are flexible in their thinking and courageous in their actions—people with compassion and empathy to work with the disabled and elderly community.

Casual shifts where you can have the flexibility to work as per your availability

Support details:

- Personal Care (I.e., continence aid).
- Daily household/domestic activities
- Community Access (I.e., Assisting with outings, appointments, etc.)
- Meal preparation
- Medication Adminstartion

**Requirements**:

- drive own reliable vehicle with a valid driver's license.
- must be able to communicate fluently in English
- experienced in working with people with different needs, home care, personal care
- must have completed either a certificate 3 in aged care/disability or certificate 4 in disability or similar qualification
- previous in-home care and age care support experience
- confident with manual handling

About you:
You’ll bring to the role your passionate and caring nature, and you will have:

- Certificate III or IV in Aged Care/Disability Support/Individual Support
- Compassion for assisting people and a can-do attitude
- Must be driving & have a current valid Australian driving license
- Current Police Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Flu & Covid Vaccination Certificates
- NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Excellent clinical documentation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to build positive relationships with your team and residents
- The right to work in Australia

Nurse4U is looking for caring, compassionate, friendly team members with a confident attitude.

Excellent pay rate & long hours.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
