**Responsibilities**
- A genuine passion for customer service and the travel industry
- Understand our vacation packages and travel services to effectively communicate their value and benefits to clients.
- Ability to connect and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Driven, dedicated and committed with a ‘whatever it takes’ attitude
- Previous experience in telesales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage

This is a **part**-time **role of 28 hours per week divided over 4 days between Monday and Friday.
