**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Supervise and inspire a team of sales associates to achieve and exceed sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- **Customer Service**: Ensure every client feels valued, guiding them through our collections to create memorable moments.
- **Operations**: Manage daily store functions, including opening/closing procedures, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
- **Team Development**: Recruit, train, and support staff to enhance product knowledge and performance.
- **Sales Growth**: Strategically drive sales by understanding customer needs and implementing effective sales techniques.
- **Brand Representation**: Serve as an ambassador for ERIJEWELRY, embodying our values of thoughtfulness, creativity, and responsibility.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in a managerial role, preferably in retail or a similar customer-focused environment.
- **Passion for Jewelry**: A genuine interest in luxury jewelry and design.
- **Leadership Skills**: Proven ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- **Customer Service Excellence**: A natural ability to connect with people and provide personalized service.
- **Organized & Flexible**: Strong multitasking skills and availability to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as required.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in retail management systems is an advantage.

Expected hours: 28 - 38 per week
