We are super excited to be opening a brand new store at Melbourne Airport in December this year This role is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and you will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for new opportunities in a growing retail brand at an amazing work location. We are searching for enthusiastic full time, part time and casual Retail Assistants and Baristas across all shifts so don't hesitate to apply

Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing an outstanding customer experience;
- Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
- Upselling;
- Making amazing coffees
- Preparing cold beverages (milk shakes (have you tried one yet) & iced drinks);
- Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
- Cleaning duties throughout the store.

Qualifications & experience
- Demonstrated customer service skills;
- You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform.
- Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Exposure to a fast paced environment;
- Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Full time, part time and casual roles available

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Roxburgh Park VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

- Applicants will need to be able to get to and from Melbourne Airport for shifts, and undertake trials in nearby Daniel's Donuts stores

Licence/Certification:

- An ASIC pass will be organised for employees (required)
