**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

**You will have a wide and varied role, with lots of development opportunities, but the core duties of this role will have an emphasis in both Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties.**

Other Duties are (and not limited to)
- Setup all new Vendors and ensure all information is accurate and bank account details recorded.
- Capture accounts payable and submit for approval in accordance with the prevailing finance function framework, ensuring material items are known to the broader finance team for cash flow purposes.
- Carry out processing function including invoice entry.
- Reconcile accounts when required.
- Bank entries
- Ensure the correct filing of invoices.
- Assist in general finance tasks, including report preparation, journals, and EOM tasks.
- Give assistance to any internal or external customers as required.
- Become familiar with and adhere to the company’s and finance Departments Quality Policies and systems.
- Ensure all Credit card statements are reconciled and entered by month end.
- Review and manage both the AP & AR inboxes.
- Credit collections when required.

**WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?**

**We know you will have a wide and varied skill set, but to thrive in this role we think you will need**:

- Bachelor’s degree ideally in Finance, Business Administration, etc.
- Experience working in an Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable role previously.

Interstate travel for conferences and events and work outside of normal hours for meetings may be required from time to time.
