**To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following**:

- Strong experience in a busy Pub, Bar or Restaurant
- Ability to deliver an excellent standard of customer service.
- Ability (or willing to learn) to 3 plates carry and tray service of drinks.
- High level of personal presentation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication skills
- Cash handling experience and knowledge of the till system Micros is desirable but not essential.
