**About the role**: We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to contribute to improving the lives of disadvantaged Victorians within the Loddon-Campaspe region.Working closely with a second Administrative Services Manager, you will oversee the administrative operations of the office, provide support to the Regional Manager, manage a team of administrative staff, attend to office maintenance matters and manage financial functions. In promoting service improvement, you will also assist in developing and implementing office policies and procedures, as well as coordinating some HR procedures in line with VLA policies and guidelines.About you:
- Leadership skills and experience in managing and developing staff
- Experience in coordinating administrative functions, specifically office procedures and practices
- Highly proficient IT skills
- Exceptional organisational skills with the capacity to manage changing environments and ability to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with people from diverse social and cultural backgrounds, and stakeholders at all levels.
