Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you

We are looking for a motivated, self-started to oversee the operations of the (NSW) warehouse. The primary responsibilities include managing daily start-up procedures, inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring correct pick packing.

You will be required to utilise manual handling, machine operation, and forklift operation while ensuring strict adherence to (OH&S) regulations and maintaining a focus on housekeeping, which includes implementing the 5S methodology.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Compliance with Health and Safety Regulations: Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and promptly report any incidents or accidents to the National Warehouse Manager.
- Picking and Order Fulfillment: Supervise the picking process, including cross-checking and signing off on picking slips, to ensure accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Loading and Unloading: Coordinate the loading and unloading of transport/couriers and customer pickups, verifying that the correct products and documentation are handled.
- Toolbox Meetings: Attend and actively participate in toolbox meetings at the beginning of each shift to ensure effective communication and coordination with the warehouse team.
- Stock Management: Report any stock discrepancies or variances to the National Warehouse Manager, facilitating proper inventory control.
- Goods Receipt and Dispatch: Timely receipt and dispatch of goods, striving to complete the process within 24 hours.
- Collaboration with Departments: Foster collaboration with all departments within the organization to achieve common goals.
- Truck Loading Preparation: Ensure that the daily truck is prepared and ready for loading.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in the company's continuous improvement programs, contributing ideas and suggestions for enhancing warehouse operations.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
