About the role
The CSSD Coordinator works within the Procedural Areas team providing support to the CSSD staff, working alongside the clinical team to provide safe and efficient care for our patients

Key Responsibilities
Development of a team based environment while providing leadership and support to the CSSD team, working in partnership with the Procedural areas and Ward areas
Ensure standards, guidelines and legislative requirements are met with governance from assurance practice
This role is a full time permanent role based at Calvary Central Districts Hospital.
What you bring
Formal qualifications in sterilisation
Understanding of Safe Work practices
A sound understanding of Australian Standards, Guidelines and Legislative requirements relevant to the area
Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in a organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
a desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
