**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**We are looking for an Assistant Manager for our Miranda store. This position is permanent and full-time.**

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your stores while being fully supported by our National Retail Manager.

Your Responsibilities include:

- Create a sale’s driven culture within the store through daily coaching and team support.
- Creating a culture that delivers the highest standards of customer service.
- Ensure all KPI's are met.
- In conjunction with the National Store Manager, analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products.
- Assisting the National Store Manager in coaching and mentoring the team to become high performers.
- Provide stock feedback and manage inventory.
- Work on a roster.
- Proactively use the online system to check stores KPIs, approve timesheets and assist with onboarding of staff, amongst other tasks.

**WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**

We are looking for an experienced Retail Sales Assistant or Assistant Manager who has proven sales results and a passion for coaching and developing high performing teams.

You will have:
Demonstrated experience in leading a retail team.

Enjoy and thrive in multi-tasking and problem solving.

A highly driven, self-motivated approach.

Exceptional people skills.

Water sports retail experience and product knowledge, especially surf.

A proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Strong desire to develop your career in retail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
