**THE ROLE**

We are looking for an experienced **Gaming Cashier** who has a bright, outgoing personality and exceptional customer service skills to ensure a high level of customer service is offered to our members and guests.

There are great opportunities to be crossed trained over various departments if that sparks your interest

**THE RESPONSIBILTIES**
- Providing prompt, friendly, customer focused advice and assistance to members and guests on machine and loyalty system operation, including carrying out permitted minor repairs and machine maintenance
- Provide food and beverage services to gaming patrons quickly and efficiently, ensuring there are mínimal waiting times
- To handle all cash and gaming associated transactions in an efficient manner, ensuring the security of cash and the privacy of member details at all times
- The assist with clearances, hopper weights and meter reads as required
- Maintaining a clean, organised environment free of any hazards

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of gaming experience
- Minimum of 1 year bar experience
- Current Qld RSA and RSG
- Experience in TAB and Keno would be advantageous
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as a team
- Initiative and ability to identify and complete needed tasks without direct supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels with a range of different people
- Trustworthy and reliable
- High level of grooming and personal presentation standards
- Reliability and the flexibility to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays
