Located on The Farm in Byron Bay, our venue celebrates fresh, seasonal food, genuine hospitality, and a relaxed farm-to-table dining experience. With a buzzing restaurant, retail space, and a calendar full of events, no two days are ever the same at the Ducks

We’re on the lookout for experienced and reliable Front of House staff and Bartenders to join our Byron team across both the restaurant and retail sections.

With a busy season ahead and plenty of events on the calendar, we’re after flexible, enthusiastic team players who can handle the pace and bring good vibes to the Ducks crew.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Experienced section waiters with strong communication and a genuine love of service
- Bartenders or baristas with great people skills and a passion for quality food & drink
- Positive, reliable team players who thrive when it’s busy
- Strong time management, multitasking, and attention to detail
- Basic wine, beer, and spirits knowledge (and a curiosity to learn more)
- Weekend availability (day and/or night)
- Must have current RSA
- Reliable, adaptable and hospitality-loving humans

Pay: $33.00 - $36.00 per hour
