An exciting opportunity to join a small business based in a beautiful part of the world, work and lifestyle combined. We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our This & That Team at the Byron Bay Store.

Must have:

- Proven working experience in retail sales or any customer service.
- Proficiency in English.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Weekend availability essential.

Responsibilities will include:

- Welcome and greet customers.
- Excellent sales service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Recommend items that match customer needs.
- Manage point-of-sale processes.

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
