**About the team**:
Chef Fresh is the first Coles owned ready made meals facility. Based at Banksmeadow, our site is highly automated, sophisticated and equipped to global best practice. We have a strong focus on team member safety, quality and continuous improvement whilst ensuring that customers' security of supply, quality, availability of product and value for money expectations are met. **About the role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Advisor (Team Advisor) to deliver support, coaching and advice for line managers on transactional activities for wages Team Members. This position will coach and support to embed the new ways of working related to people systems.
You'll be responsible for providing advice and support in relation to wages administrative duties for Line Managers.
You'll also:
- Support with recruitment & onboarding
- Assist with raising portal cases
- Coach line managers (or initiate where required) to approve workflows for wages employee moves and position changes
- Coach and embed new ways of working within the new People Management System
- Support with People Management System queries and troubleshoot where required

**About you and your skills**:
You'll bring your passion for administration and ability to establish and maintain effective and enduring professional stakeholder relationships supporting the Coles Chef Fresh team.
You'll also need:
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Interview and recruitment experience
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex topics and operational processes
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exposure to Retail Manufacturing, highly desirable though not essential
