**About the role**
As the Administrative Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of proactive communications, strategising, scheduling, planning, and execution for their Executive Leadership team within the region, supporting state and office activities of organisation, positioning CyberCX as a leading firm as Australia’s leading independent cyber security firm.
**Duties**
- Provide executive administrative support to Executive Leadership Team (ELT) members in addition to providing office and facilities management.
- Maintain complex calendars of ELT and founders including vetting, prioritising, and providing recommendations to support key priorities and objectives
- Manage end to end travel schedules and coordination, inclusive of air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, security, visas, and other travel documentation as and when needed
- Maintain an efficient flow of information between all levels of the business, including internal and external contacts of business plans and priorities
- Assist with the project lifecycle, providing support at an ELT level, with business unit initiatives, inclusive of setting and maintaining project timelines, identifying and mitigating risks
- Support active management of budget, purchase order processing, expense report submission for ELT and regional business members to ensure expense policy compliance

**Skills & experience**
- Senior leader support experience, with some C-level support experience preferred
- Experience in complex calendar management in a matrixed, global organisation
- Proven ability to understand business priorities in order to independently and successfully manage an executive calendar
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills with an ability to build credibility with senior management and internal working teams within CyberCX
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate information into creative solutions to benefit the business
