**KNOW THE ROLE**

The Concession Manager will lead a dynamic team that are inspired and empowered to deliver the achievement of sales and key performance indicators bringing our stylish eye and can-do attitude to life in store.

This role in David Jones Blue Illusion concession is a great opportunity for a manager with a live for fashion and customer service. Nurturing and developing relationships with David Jones and our customers, current and new is key in continuing the success of this concession.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Empower and guide your team to ensure business KPIS are met. This includes rolling out product knowledge, communicate operational updates, performance management, rewards, and recognition.
- Continuously developing the team to recognise and highlight achievements and areas of improvement
- Communicate company directives and action accordingly
- Create rosters, approve timesheets and maintaining the concessions salary budget
- Visual merchandising standards and guidelines
- Stock Management - Online fulfillment, receiving deliveries, actioning markdowns/price changes, P&L, coordinating stock takes
- Partnering and developing relationships with the David Jones department and store managers

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Experience in fashion retail is advantageous but not essential
- Minimum of 2 years management experience
- Multi-tasking and self-motivation are attributes that Blue Illusion seek
- Strong administration skills
- Leadership
- Have a passion for customer service and inspiring our customers
