**About you**:

Your ability to communicate with all levels throughout the organisation, prior workforce planning experience, and the ability to work within an ever changing environment, will contribute your success in this role.

**The Role**:
This critical role encompasses the coordination of all aspects of Crew training roster production together with the management and maintenance of all associated records and qualifications.

The position is based in Brisbane Head Office, working closely with the Leader Crew Training Planning.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

- Managing crew rosters in an efficient, cost effective manner, ensuring compliance is met
- Responding to daily operational disruptions affecting Training in a timely manner
- Participating and providing input into regular Flight Standards, Cabin and flight Crew Training Standards and various Training Meetings
- Monitoring, planning and allocating crew training plans

**What you need to be successful**:

- A relevant tertiary qualification ideally in aviation
- Demonstrated success in a similar resource planning or rostering role
- Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders across all levels
- A solid understanding of resource management systems i.e. Sabre Aircrews, KRONOS PBS, Mint or Geneva; and MS Office in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong proven problem-solving skills, particularly within the context of a cost and efficiency focused environment
- Adaptability in a dynamic and challenging environment.
