**SMB Sales Manager - Last Pass**

**Work remotely in Australia**:Based anywhere in NSW, Victoria or Queensland

We’re looking to hire a Sales Manager to be the founding member of our APAC Sales Team. This individual will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition along with establishing and nurturing a strong pipeline. We have exciting plans for this individual to start as a player/coach and transition into a full-time sales leader as they develop and grow the APAC region. You’re a motivated and strategic team player who would be integral to our growth plan.

This is an opportunity to have significant visibility and impact in an organization that has a tremendous growth trajectory mapped out. This position will report to the Senior Director.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage in new client relationships by developing target customers at the C-suite, VP and Director level at enterprise companies
- Set and drive regional goals, objectives, budgets, sales targets and quotas to achieve and exceed our long-range strategic objectives
- Formulate and execute a strategy to maximize business growth
- Partner with sales leadership to further define a successful and repeatable sales process
- Analyze sales data to identify improvement points in the sales process
- Build and drive sales strategy in collaboration with Sales Operations to effectively Go-To-Market including understanding the competitive landscape, presence and strength within the region
- Manage and report accurate forecast and pipeline to the business
- Interview, hire, and build out the APAC Sales Team, including on-boarding, continued training & education, coaching & performance management, and career development
- Analyze team and individual metrics to maximize efficiency and productivity in order to meet regional goals

**Skills & Qualifications**
- Sales management experience along with closing experience
- Experience selling B2B Mid-Market/Enterprise SaaS, preferably in marketing software for e-commerce and retail companies or companies specializing in ESPs, CDPs, etc.
- Consistency in exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators
- Developing, managing and continually finding ways to up-level a high-performing sales team
- Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients
- Grit and determination to build something out of nothing
