Property Maintenance Plus is seeking a healthy, fit, reliable, and motivated individual to join our friendly team and service commercial properties around Adelaide to the highest professional standard.

The position is for someone who wants to work in a fast-paced, professional small team environment, working outdoors and taking responsibility for quality work while being valued and rewarded for your passion.

This is an ideal opportunity to create a steady progressive career commencing as a Casual position working 38 to 42 hours per week during business hours over a 5 day roster.

Immediate start for the right person.

- Based in Keswick with work sites at various locations in the Adelaide Metropolitan area.

The Job:

- Looking after our customers needs
- Using mowers, whipper snippers and hand tools of different sizes
- Mowing lawns with push and ride-on lawnmowers
- Regular gardening duties
- Pulling weeds and clearing areas of debris
- Chemical spraying
- Landscaping and irrigation
- Gutter Servicing
- Pressure Washing

- Prove identity with Drivers License, Passport, Birth Certificate or Australian Citizenship certificate.
- Police Check (within 12 months)
