**The Opportunity**
We are currently seeking an exceptional, experienced and motivated Lead Educator to step into our Educational Leader role and build upon the excellent work of our team.
You will partner with our Centre Manager to inspire, mentor and lead our well established and qualified team of educators to continue to build upon the excellent work of our team. You will lead the development, implementation, and review of our educational programs and educational experiences.
As a member of Buggles Baldivis team, you will be a passionate, dedicated professional who strives to build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for our children.
We also like to have fun so a professional yet fun loving attitude is a must.
**About Us**
Buggles Baldivis child care and early learning centre is a convenient choice for local families living in Baldivis and nearby suburbs Waikiki, Warnbro and Port Kennedy. Our Baldivis child care centre offers long day care and kindergarten for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years from 6:30 am - 6:30 pm.
Our kids have a blast in our fun-filled indoor and outdoor play zones, with rooms full of the latest tech and cool learning resources. We accommodate up to 92 children and are open from 6:30am to 6:30pm.

**About You**
- You will hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
- An understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven Educator experience within an Early childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A current Working with Children Check
- First Aid certificate
