**Job Summary**:
As a Lab Technician at Trulux, you will play an essential role in supporting the development, testing, and production of our cosmetic products. You will work closely with our R&D team, ensuring that all laboratory processes are conducted in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, ISO 17025, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and quality-driven individual to contribute to the creation of innovative cosmetic formulations in a fast-paced, controlled environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine laboratory tests on raw materials, finished products, and prototypes to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Follow established protocols and procedures in the preparation, testing, and analysis of cosmetic products, ensuring adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all laboratory work in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, ISO 17025, and GLP standards.
- Ensure that laboratory equipment is calibrated, maintained, and functioning correctly, troubleshooting any issues as necessary.
- Assist in the formulation of new cosmetic products and support the R&D team in product development.
- Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance testing on various cosmetic formulations.
- Participate in the validation and verification of new testing methods and equipment.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with laboratory safety protocols and Good Laboratory Practices.
- Assist with inventory management of raw materials, testing supplies, and lab equipment.
- Prepare and update SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in alignment with industry standards and GLP requirements.
- Support regulatory audits and inspections related to ISO certifications, GLP compliance, and laboratory best practices.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Lab Technician, preferably in the cosmetic or pharmaceutical industry.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 22716, ISO 17025, and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of laboratory testing techniques, including stability and performance testing for cosmetics.
- Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality assurance processes, and GLP regulations.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using lab equipment and software.
- A degree or certification in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field.
