We are actively seeking a passionate and enthusiastic educator. We are fortunate to operate above ratio which enables us the flexibilty to take on a suitable educator whether that be a trainee, Certificate III, Diploma Trained Educator or an Early Childhood Teacher to share their training, knowledge and wisdom with our established team.

We pride ourselves on providing a stimulating, collaborative work environment for educators, promoting a holistic and supportive work environment encouraging all stakeholders to actively share their knowledge about the profession and their experience.

We offer an abundance of on-the-job training and development as well providing opportunities to further extend your qualification.

You will be working alongside several trained educators who will guide your daily practices and be provided with opportunities to collaborate with our Educational Leader for further assistance and resources relevant to your studies.

Our 37 placed family owned, Exceeding Service is located in Blackbutt, NSW.

We provide a rich, aesthetically pleasing and highly resourced service that is strongly influenced by a play
- based approach learning and attentiveness to children’s holistic development.

**This role requires**:
A person who is; enthusiastic, shows initiative, positive outlook on life and nurturing personality with a commitment to working with children

A team player, someone who intends to work in a supportive and collaborative team environment.

Someone who is professional, punctual, and reliable

Sound interpersonal and communication skills

Applicants MUST be over 18 years and have own transport

Currently holds or is willing to obtain Working with Children’s Check (WWCC)
