**About the Role**

As the Group IT Operations Manager at TNA, you will lead and oversee TNA’s global IT operations, driving a cloud-first strategy with hybrid IAM integration and robust cybersecurity practices. This role is essential for managing the transition to cloud-based infrastructure, supporting business systems specifically ERP and CAD platforms, and ensuring strong vendor partnerships.

The Group IT Operations Manager will work closely with teams across America, Europe, and APAC to support TNA’s global operations, with a focus on collaborative project management and aligning IT services with business objectives.

This role will report to the Chief Operations Officer, and will be based in Sydney, Australia.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead IT Operations with a Cloud-First Strategy
- Oversee Azure Cloud services, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms to ensure they meet operational and security needs across TNA’s global footprint.
- Support Global Teams and Dynamics 365 Integration
- Provide expert support for TNA’s global IT team, managing operations in America, Europe, and APAC to maintain a high level of IT service.
- Collaborate with regional teams to facilitate the rollout and support of Dynamics 365, ensuring infrastructure and systems are optimized for the new platform.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems through proactive cybersecurity strategies, including threat detection, response protocols, and regular security audits.
- Partner with the Cybersecurity team to enforce data protection policies, identity management, and endpoint security across all regions.
- Lead planning, execution, and management of IT transformation projects, such as site installations, cloud migrations, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project timelines, budgets, and expectations, ensuring alignment with TNA’s strategic goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors, managing contracts, performance, and service levels to ensure value alignment with TNA’s objective.
- Conduct regular vendor assessments to optimize services, cost-effectiveness, and performance, ensuring that vendor solutions meet evolving business and technology needs
- Provide leadership and support to TNA’s regional IT operations, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop training programs to enhance regional IT team competencies in managing cloud, security, and infrastructure across multiple regions
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of backup solutions to ensure data recovery meets business continuity standards.
- Develop and test disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and systems, with an emphasis on both cloud and on-premise assets.

**Qualification and experience**
- Degree qualified in an ITC discipline with additional certification in Microsoft
- 5+ years in IT Operations or Infrastructure Management with a focus on cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and project management.
- Experience with hybrid Active Directory integrated with Entra ID, and managing cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 implementation and support, ensuring system readiness and effective integration with IT infrastructure.
- Strong vendor management skills, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and optimizing vendor partnerships.

**Desired Knowledge and Skills**

The incumbent must have proficient knowledge & demonstrate skills in the following areas:

- Expertise in cloud services (Azure, Microsoft 365) and SaaS solutions, with a solid understanding of global IT service management.
- Proficiency in cybersecurity best practices, identity management, and data protection.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 functionalities and requirements for enterprise deployment.
- Strong interpersonal, project management, and communication skills to foster collaboration and manage vendors effectively
- Demonstrated experience and leadership skills in managing cross cultural teams
- Time management skills
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal) and problem-solver
