**About the role**:
Rockpool is currently seeking a highly experienced Facility Manager to lead the team at our Carseldine Home.

The role will be responsible for developing and nurturing our workforce to provide exceptional care and services to our residents. Whilst effectively managing an extensive budget portfolio, the role will work collaboratively to achieve Rockpool’s vision and strategic projects and activities.

**About you**:

- Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills that allow you to drive performance and engagement
- Consistently act with integrity, honesty, respect and be inclusive
- A solid background and thorough understanding of the complexity of the residential aged care regulatory environment
- Demonstrated success in budgeting and financial management
- Be curious and drive innovation and technology
- Ability to play an active and positive role as a leader at Rockpool
- Registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse highly regarded, but not essential
