**Job Description** Join Us as a Regional Manager in Brisbane's Western Suburbs**

As a Regional Manager, you'll champion our Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) services, ensuring every child feels safe, engaged, and excited to be with us.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Regional Director, you'll oversee a dynamic portfolio of approximately 6 OSHC services. Your mission? To inspire and mentor our teams, setting the standard for service excellence across the Western Suburbs. You'll lead by example, driving quality, compliance, and positive outcomes in everything we do.

**Who We're Looking For**:
We're looking for someone with:

- ** Hands-On Experience**: Proven success managing multi-site OSHC operations.
- ** Passion for Kids**: At least 2 years' experience working with children.
- ** Credentials**: A Diploma or higher in a relevant field and necessary certifications (Blue Card, First Aid, etc.).
- ** Drive**: A current driver's license and the right to work in Australia.

**Qualifications**
Hold a 2-year approved Diploma or higher in a relevant area of study or working towards (as per ACECQA).
