**Company Description** Exciting Opportunities at Hallett Cove Dental Surgery Join Our Team as a Part Time Receptionist**

Hallett Cove Dental Surgery which has been at the heart of the ever-expanding Hallett Cove community since 1985. Located on Ramrod Avenue, the practice provides quality, affordable dental care to the entire community.

We are seeking vibrant, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about creating beautiful smiles.

**Working hours**:
Monday 12:30 - 8pm (30 min break)

Tuesday 8:15am - 6pm (60 min break)

Friday 8:15am - 5:30pm (30 min break)

One Saturday per month 8:15 - 1pm
- Warmly welcome patients and create a positive first impression.
- Coordinate appointment bookings and manage the clinic's schedule.
- Answer phone calls and assist patients with inquiries or requests.
- Keep the reception area clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Provide administrative support to the dental team as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dental or medical reception role is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Confidence using computer systems; familiarity with dental software (e.g. Oasis) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- A friendly, professional manner and a genuine interest in patient care.
